Year 3/4 Athletics competition

Last Friday some Year 3 and Year 4 children in Class 3 attended an inter school athletics competition 

at Carnforth High School. They took part in various track and field events.

 

 

Ollie Dodds came first in the 400 metres with Joseph Henderson coming a close second.

Ella Brayshaw gained first position in the 400 metres.

 

 

They competed in throwing events such as the javelin and shot. They also

did long jump and relay events.

They all enjoyed competing against local schools with children of similar ages.
